CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The Client Support Specialist (CSS) is responsible for the sales support of the StrataCore team. The CSS will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales department in the form of quoting, managing provider deliverables, proposal generation, and other projects aligned with the overall success of the sales team. We view this role as the launching pad within our organization. Past CSSs have been promoted to both sales and operational roles within our company. Applicants should have a track record of excellence, degree from an academically respected 4 year university, strong problem-solving and follow-through skills, ability to work independently, within teams, and interact with all levels of management and sales personnel.
DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC ALLIANCES
StrataCore is seeking a driven senior sales executive with deep market knowledge and a clear track record of sales\business success to fill the role of Director of Strategic Alliances (DSA). Reporting to the Vice President of Sales the DSA will be a key external face of the company. The DSA will be expected to develop and execute a strategic plan to establish client and referral partner relationships that will aid in StrataCore better penetrating the marketplace. Simply stated, the DSA will be responsible for opening new doors for our Account Directors. Ideal candidates will have a very clear track record of sales success and revenue growth, a hunter mentality, as well as an extensive local network of contacts. This role will require a deep understanding of our ideal client and the ability to persuade a client to work with one of StrataCore’s Account Directors.
