Sales Support/Provider Coordinator

Focus & goal:

The Provider Coordinator (PC) is responsible, under the supervision of the VP of Sales for the sales support of the StrataCore sales team.  The PC will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales department in the form of quoting and proposal generation, and other projects aligned with the overall success of the sales team.

Necessary skills:

The PC must demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, client services, and time management skills. The PC must have strong problem-solving and follow-through skills, be able to work independently, within teams, and interact with all levels of management and sales personnel.  

The PC must consistently demonstrate the ability to self-motivate and perform in a non-structured environment. Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and sales drive are essential. The PC must articulate well in ad hoc situations and effectively engage any audience in active discussions to drive business results. The main goal is to support our sales team to win new clients, ensure client satisfaction, help grow business within the existing base of companywide accounts, and increase profitability for the company.

Job duties:

  • Assist sales team with quoting duties and proposal generation
  • Act as secondary admin for SalesForce administration
  • Partner with CAs and SAMs on complex opportunities to provide backup and support
  • Understand challenges and opportunities as they relate to each client and provider
  • Ensure the resolution of client concerns related to contracts, billing, and installation issues
  • Always look for ways to move opportunities/projects forward regardless of obstacles or challenges

Senior Sales Executive

Focus & goal:

StrataCore is seeking a driven Senior Sales Executive (SSE) with deep market knowledge and a clear track record of sales\business success. Reporting to the Director of Sales the SSE will be a key external face of the company. The SSE will develop and execute a strategic plan to advance the company's objectives and to promote revenue and profit growth.

The ideal candidate can articulate well in ad hoc situations and effectively engage any audience in active discussions to drive business results. Candidates will have a very clear track record of sales success and revenue and profit growth. This role will require a deep understanding of our ideal client and natural ability to close large, complex deals.  

Necessary skills:

  • Externally facing - wins new and retains current clients
  • Establishes superior third party relationships
  • Quickly secures exclusive agency commitments from enterprise clients and prospects
  • Trusted advisor to key IT stakeholders and senior executives
  • Recognized as an industry thought leader and sought after speaker
  • Technically proficient in brokered services - Cloud, Hybrid IaaS Cloud, Data Center and Connectivity
  • Maintains awareness of the competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, and new industry developments
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills - ability to be articulate, concise, compelling, and diplomatic
  • Minimum of 8 years direct sales experience, including at least 3 years in a senior capacity
  • Superior sales track record 
  • Can immediately leverage deep industry contacts
