The General Counsel (GC) sets and implements StrataCore’s legal vision and strategy. The GC will drive, craft, and manage excellence throughout the organization for each of StrataCore’s legal disciplines: Agreement Negotiations, Contracting, Risk Mitigation, Contract Management, M&A, HR, and Contract Enforcement. This person will provide a voice and advocate for legal best practices as an active leader in the StrataCore executive team and executive strategy group.
As part of StrataCore’s Executive team, and in collaboration with business unit leaders and other stakeholders, this individual will drive organizational strategy and implementation for all legal related matters. This individual will help to create and evolve StrataCore’s legal duties, ensuring that it is aligned with StrataCore’s overall business goals and initiatives to ensure it meets the needs of our customers, employees and shareholders.

Sr. Client Project Manager
The Sr. Client Project Manager (Sr. CPM) will be responsible for providing project management and administrative support to the sales department in the form of quoting, managing provider deliverables, proposal generation, CRM and support process management and other projects aligned with the overall success of the sales team.
Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and sales drive are essential. The main goal is to support our sales team to win new clients, ensure client satisfaction, help grow business within the existing base of company-wide accounts, and increase profitability for the company.
Ideally, a Sr. CPM should have at least 15 years of customer service or project management experience with at least 10 years of experience at a Telecom Provider or IT Infrastructure Advisor and a technical interest and aptitude.
Trusted Advisor (Technology Sales): Remote - Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, San Francisco
We’re searching for a senior sales leader who is looking to take the next step in their career and become a trusted advisor and client advocate for technology dependent companies. This is not a telecom sales role. You are expected to advise your clients of technologies and professional services that will meet and exceed their overall business and IT needs across the hundreds of providers and products available to them.
You’ll be expected to learn, grow, advise and ultimately win for our clients. But not by yourself: you will be coached by our team of industry leaders and utilize your internal team who will support your projects as you lead our clients through the procurement journey. We expect you to already showcase your fundamentals of sales and the ability to rapidly learn new technologies ranging from cyber security, unified communications, and call center as a service to data center co-location, technology expense management, recruiting services and much more.
