General Counsel

The General Counsel (GC) sets and implements StrataCore’s legal vision and strategy. The GC will drive, craft, and manage excellence throughout the organization for each of StrataCore’s legal disciplines: Agreement Negotiations, Contracting, Risk Mitigation, Contract Management, M&A, HR, and Contract Enforcement. This person will provide a voice and advocate for legal best practices as an active leader in the StrataCore executive team and executive strategy group.
 
As part of StrataCore’s Executive team, and in collaboration with business unit leaders and other stakeholders, this individual will drive organizational strategy and implementation for all legal related matters. This individual will help to create and evolve StrataCore’s legal duties, ensuring that it is aligned with StrataCore’s overall business goals and initiatives to ensure it meets the needs of our customers, employees and shareholders.

Client Operations Admin Assistant: Remote - El Salvador, Nicaragua or Guatemala 

The Client Operations Administrative assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the VP of Operations and the Operations Department. They will manage a variety of tasks and projects including expense reports, scheduling, HR and Business Operations support.

 

Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and drive are essential. The main goal is to support our Operations leadership to ensure they can efficiently support Sales & the remainder of the StrataCore team while we grow and scale.

 

Ideally, the right candidate should have at least 5+ years of administrative experience, be comfortable with working remotely and have a track record of success in prior roles.

Client Project Coordinator: Remote - El Salvador, Nicaragua or Guatemala 

The Client Project Coordinator (CPC) will be responsible for providing project management and administrative support to the sales department in the form of quoting, managing provider deliverables, proposal generation, data entry, CRM management, and other projects aligned with the overall success of the sales team.

 

Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and sales drive are essential. The main goal is to support our sales team to win new clients, ensure client satisfaction, help grow business within the existing base of company-wide accounts, and increase profitability for the company.

 

Ideally, a CPC should have at least 2 years of customer service or project management experience and a technical interest and aptitude.

StrataCore is seeking a Commission Specialist (CS).  The CS will report to the Commissions Operations Manager and work closely with our sales, commission and accounting teams to ensure accurate sales and commission data. A meticulous eye, strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a confident/positive attitude are necessary. This is a great opportunity for an intelligent problem solver who feels a sense of gratification when they find and correct an error.

 

To be successful in this role, the CS must enjoy being part of a team that solves problems, constantly looks for ways to improve and has a visceral reaction to missing money. The CS must be able to work effectively with others, exhibit strong communication skills and in addition, be highly motivated and energetic. You are expected to advise your clients of technologies and professional services that will meet and exceed their overall business and IT needs across the hundreds of providers and products available to them.

 

You’ll be expected to learn, grow, advise and ultimately win for our clients. But not by yourself: you will be coached by our team of industry leaders and utilize your internal team who will support your projects as you lead our clients through the procurement journey.
