Client Support Specialist/Sales Support

A rapidly growing and profitable IT brokerage company is seeking an experienced Client Support Specialist (CSS). The CSS will be responsible for providing project management and administrative support to the sales department in the form of quoting, managing provider deliverables, proposal generation, and other projects aligned with the overall success of the sales team.

The CSS must have a track record of excellence, degree from an academically respected 4-year university, strong problem-solving and follow-through skills, ability to work independently, within teams, and interact with all levels of management and sales personnel. Ideally, the CSS should have at least 2 years of customer service or project management experience and a technical interest and aptitude. Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant (EA) will be responsible for providing project management and administrative support to the CEO in the form of data entry, filing, office organization and management, and personal organization assistance.

The EA must have the ability to communicate effectively with others in all functional areas of the company. The EA must remain cool when facing multiple problems and naturally reassess when traditional solutions aren’t working. The EA must demonstrate leadership with strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written skills are needed to engage any audience in active discussions to drive business results. Enterprise Sales Representative - Contact Center & Unified Communications Specialist

A rapidly growing and profitable IT brokerage company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative with contact center and unified communications expertise. The Sales Rep will be responsible for actively growing their assigned account base by uncovering new revenue opportunities and renewing existing revenue streams. In this role, the Sales Rep will act as the primary client contact for StrataCore. 

The Sales Rep must have a proven track record of delivering results, developing and maintaining relationships, some technical proficiency with selling Data Center and Connectivity services, and a high proficiency selling Contact Center and Unified Communications.

The candidate we are seeking has strong verbal and written communication skills and excels at problem-solving and follow through. They need to be able to work independently, within teams, and interact with all levels of management. Ideally, the Sales Rep should have at least five years of technical sales experience, including Unified Communications and Contact Center. We pride ourselves in being both intellectually and emotionally intelligent and we require IQ/EQ testing during our interview process.
