Client Support Specialist
The Client Support Specialist (CSS) is responsible for the sales support of the StrataCore team. The CSS will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales department in the form of quoting, managing provider deliverables, proposal generation, and other projects aligned with the overall success of the sales team. We view this role as the launching pad within our organization. Past CSSs have been promoted to both sales and operational roles within our company. Applicants should have a track record of excellence, degree from an academically respected 4 year university, strong problem-solving and follow-through skills, ability to work independently, within teams, and interact with all levels of management and sales personnel.
The Commission Analyst (CA) will report to the Director of Finance and work closely with our commission and accounting teams to ensure accurate commission data and A/R timeliness. A meticulous eye, strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a confident/positive attitude are necessary. This is a great opportunity for an intelligent problem solver who feels a sense of gratification when they find and correct an error. This position also requires a strong personality with the ability to relentlessly pursue commission collection issues until resolved.
To be successful in this role, the CA must enjoy being part of a team that solves problems, constantly looks for ways to improve and has a visceral reaction to missing money. The CA must be able to work effectively with others in all functional areas of the company, exhibit strong communication skills and in addition, be highly motivated and energetic. The CA must have strong objective and creative problem-solving and follow-through skills, be able to work independently and constructively interact with all levels of management.
