Caesar has worked with customer service representatives and their development within the Call Center industry for almost 11 years. He created and maintained healthy client relationships by complying with clients’ KPIs.

Responsible for identifying challenges and opportunities that come across during operational processes, especially during peak seasons, to reduce employee churn and improve employee satisfaction.


Caesar is currently getting his BSc in Computer Science (estimated completion by 2023).
