Donna Austin

As our Human Resources Generalist, Donna supports the total operation in meeting its goals through our most valuable resource – our people. She is responsible for developing and implementing policies, programs, and services that adequately balance the needs of the employees and the needs of the company.

Before joining StrataCore, Donna worked as an HR Generalist with Sur La Table, a Seattle-based retailer of upscale cooking and dining supplies.

She received her BS in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP)
