With the ever increasing advancements of technology, telcos are trying to gain more reputability within their industry. For telcos to become a more integrated piece of the puzzle, they need to strive to show greater marketability within the industry. A general overhaul needs to take place for Telco’s to become a “major player” and show that they can provide a greater return on investment.
