All too often businesses rely on custom-made software that does not easily integrate with other companies or systems. When considering a merger a company must also take into account what it will take to merge their unique software. There are times when changing over to a generic, cloud-based, version of your operating software could drastically reduce the cost and time it takes to merge two companies.
